Tips for Life: How To Stay Optimistic In The Difficult

No one lives without any problems. It is important to note. Everyone has their own difficult times but to be optimistic when the hard times is crucial to achieve greater things in your life. The following are important things to remain optimistic no matter what your problem is.  

1. Always grateful, whatever your problem  

This is the most important thing, I repeat, MOST IMPORTANT thing to do in every situation that you experienced. Usually, it is much easier to find 1000 reasons to complain, to feel depressed, or worse, to commit suicide than one reason to feel grateful at a difficult time (okay, maybe, it is a bit hyperbolic, but basically true:)) . If still difficult to do, just look around, watch TV, or look on the internet. Discover the 10 people who have the condition much worse than you. I bet you can find it easily:). So what's the point? The point is YOU are not alone. Point.

2. Remember all the positive memory of the past, do not waste your time by complaining at the moment, and focus on your future


The title above already said everything. The present will be past one second from now, and the future will be past one second later. Do you want to make another positive memory by doing something positive or gloomy days by continuing to complain? It's up to you, friend:)

3. Always remember that humans tend to be more creative when under pressure


It depends on each person. If one can overcome despair, usually they will try many creative ways to make life better. That could mean a positive or negative way. Positive way is the way to achieve long-term happiness. whereas a negative way is the way to achieve short-term happiness. Avoid negative ways, because it is equal to dig their own graves. The conclusion is, the more optimistic you are, the more creative you will too. In other words, you can find good ideas when you are in trouble.

4. Read stories about people who through hard times and become successful
Read their stories and learn what they do to fix the problem. You will get a lot of insight from it. But do not just excited for a while after you read. Practice it in your life and you will have a much better life. 
 

5. Stay calm, do not panic
 

A person who panic tends to make things worse. Lay your body, close your eyes and take a deep breath. By doing this, your body will reduce levels of stress hormones, cortisol and adrenaline. You will feel calm.
 

6. Do the things you love
 

Of course you have a hobby or something you love to do. I suggest you do it! That would really help to make your mind relax. Do not let your problems afflict you.    

7. Stay prayed
 

Humans have limits. If you feel you can not do anything anymore. The best thing to do is pray. Expect the Lord will open the road because you've tried very hard.
